• The website will prompt either for sign in or to Pick an account (if already signed into an O365 service)- Follow as instructed
  

  Enter your @southcentralpower.com email Click Yes if you are on your computer

  Click your @southcentralpower.com email

 

SSPR-My Sign-ins Overview

Once signed in, you will be at the My Sign-ins page of SSPR. 

Under Security Info, you will see a row labeled Password. Here you can view your password age under Last updated. You can change your password here by clicking Change.

Update Sign-in Methods

You will need to add sign-in methods to allow for multifactor options to change your password in the future.

Sign-in Method: Phone

1. Click +Add sign-in method
   
   
   
2. Add a method prompt - Click the drop-down box labeled Choose a method
   
   
   
3. From the list, select Phone then click Add
   
   
   
4. In the Phone prompt, enter your cell phone number and select Receive a code. Click Next
   
   
   
5. Enter the code sent to your phone via text into the Phone prompt
   
   
   
6. Once the code is verified you will receive a complete message. Click Done
   
   
   
7. Your phone will now be listed as a sign-in method back at the Security info page
   

Sign-in Method: Security Questions

1. Add an additional sign-in method, click Add sign-in method.
   
   
   
2. Add a method prompt - Click the drop-down box labeled Choose a method
   
   
   
3. From the list, select Security Questions then click Add
   
   
   
4. You must go through the 5 question prompts, choose a question and provide an answer. Choose answers you will remember as you will be asked these questions if you use them for changing your password with SSPR later. Click Done when complete. You will receive a prompt to confirm.
   
   
   
5. Security questions will now be listed as a sign-in method back at the Security info page
   
   
   

You are now registered for SSPR! 

Registration via iPhone/iPad

Find the SCP Self Service Password Setup app (download from Comp Portal if you do not see it on your iPhone/iPad)
